This workshop will support schools in building resilience with 5 practical strategies that they can implement. The strategies could be part of a wider school approach to supporting emotional well-being and resilience, relevant at all times but are particularly relevant now in response to Covid.

About the trainer
Amanda Tyler has over 20 years’ experience of working as an Educational psychologist and has a passion for enabling schools to build capacity to support their pupils’ emotional well-being. Amanda has worked as an educational psychologist in several local authorities and currently runs Sunrise Psychology.
